Northland Community & Technical College’s Center for Outreach and Innovation (COI) will host Minnesota Commercial Vehicle Inspection recertification classes. Classes will be held on Dec. 10, 2014 at the Polk County Services Center in East Grand Forks. In Thief River Falls, Minn. classes will be held at the MN DOT building Dec. 11, 2014 and Jan. 22-23, 2015.
This mandatory course is designed to provide recertification for commercial and/or self-truck inspectors already certified in Commercial Vehicle Inspection. This class is for individuals whose certification is due to expire. Individuals whose certification has expired must complete this recertification course to renew within six months of expiration date.
Instructor Keith Williamson, retired State Patrol, will teach the six-hour course. All classes are 9:00 a.m.- 4 p.m. The fee is $90.00 and includes manual, regulation book, and state certification fee. Please bring your current Vehicle Inspection Certificate Number.
