The Precision Agriculture Certificate prepares individuals to work with industry driven technology in agricultural careers. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for the fast paced and diverse agricultural industry. the program includes instruction in the principles of application and management of precision agriculture as it relates to safety, Global Positioning System (GPS) and geographic information system (GIS), drones, and agronomy. The curriculum implements hands-on use of various technologies used in tractors, spraying, harvesting, and agricultural implements.
