Job Overview: The Hubbard Broadcasting Television Group seeks a motivated Digital Traffic Coordinator to manage supply-side digital
campaigns on our television stations websites and apps in Google Ad Manager (formerly DFP.) This role also facilitates communication and
orders from our television markets to our demand-side ad operations for programmatic display, video, OTT, PPC, SEO, social media, website
design, email marketing, digital audio, etc. This position can be virtual anywhere in the United States.
Job Responsibilities:
This position can be performed virtually from anywhere in the United States.
Manage supply-side digital campaigns on Hubbard TV stations websites and apps
Traffic campaigns for display, mobile app, and video in Google Ad Manager (formerly known as DFP)
Deep understanding of Google Ad Manager (DFP) targeting for ad units, key-values, geo, ad size, and custom targeting
This is NOT a position for Google Ads or trafficking PPC campaigns
Manage support tickets between stations and our programmatic ad operations team for demand-side campaigns in display, video, OTT, PPC, SEO, social
media, website design, email marketing, digital audio, etc.
Monitor campaigns status for delivery and KPIs and take action as needed
Communicate effectively with stations and explain complex digital products in simple terms for salespeople and clients
Assist stations with campaign reporting and next steps for client renewals
Qualification:
Deep understanding of Google Ad Manager, formerly known as DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP), including ad units, key-value, and custom targeting
Certification in Google Ad Manager a plus
Familiarity/experience with supply-side and demand-side digital campaigns and platforms, including display, video, OTT, social media, PPC, SEO, email
marketing, and digital audio
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Extremely detail-oriented
Ability to ensure accuracy in campaigns with little or no supervision
Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in MS Office products
Ability to handle stress effectively
Excellent data entry skills
Ability to function in a team environment
Ability to problem-solve
Ability to work established schedule and other hours as needed
