Your StarID is your key to Minnesota State services. With just one ID, you can access:

Change your password anytime at starid.minnstate.edu — and it updates across all systems.
Need to Know
Protect Your Account:
Northland will never ask for your password via email. Stay safe and avoid phishing scams.
Forgot your StarID or password?
Visit the StarID Self Service portal to activate your account or recover login details.
Use Your Northland Email:
Do not use personal email accounts (such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.) to contact instructors or staff. These may be blocked by Northland’s spam filters.
Account Retention:
Your student email remains active for 365 days after you are no longer enrolled at Northland Community & Technical College.
