HPER 1110 – Concepts of Phys Fitness

Course Description:

This course introduces students to all of the components of physical fitness. Students will learn the benefits, methods and aspects of exercise. Students will also be introduced to methods and guidelines of fitness testing and programming. Other topics will include issues such as weight control, nutrition, and exercise of various special populations.
