How does it work?
During the 2021-2022 season, any current Northland student that works on a part-time basis at the Ralph Engelstad Arena complex (Ralph or Betty) is eligible to qualify for an end of semester bonus in each of the Fall and Spring semesters equal to $2 per hour for every hour worked at REA during the semester – in addition to all of the other discounts, benefits, and compensation provided. The Northland College Assistance Program is an additional bonus!
Is there a limit to the amount you could earn in the Northland
College Assistance Program?
Absolutely not. The more you work, the larger your bonus will be at the end of the semester.
